About Me
Hi, I’m Marylou.
I create books for people who heal through quiet creativity.
I’m a certified Health Coach (IIN — Institute for Integrative Nutrition) and the author of 35+ books on neurographic art, mindfulness, gratitude, and self-love.
I’m not an art teacher. I’m not a therapist.
I’m someone who discovered that a slow line on a page can do what words sometimes can’t — settle the nervous system, soften the noise, and bring you back to yourself.
Everything I make starts from one belief:
that creativity is not about talent.
It’s about presence.
The Shape of Healing, the gratitude journals,
the self-love guides — they all come from the same place.
A desire to give you a page that feels like a safe space.
I’m glad you’re here.

HEAL THROUGH CREATIVITY
Neurographic art, guided journals, gratitude practices, and gentle workbooks — each one a different path back to yourself.
DESIGNED FOR PRESENCE
No complicated instructions. No pressure to perform. Every page is an invitation to slow down and simply be.
NO SKILL REQUIRED
You don’t need to be an artist. You don’t need to be a writer. You only need a quiet moment and a willingness to begin.
